Rates

$95 per 50 minute counseling session or $270 for 3 sessions paid in advance

$65 per 30 minute coaching session or $180 for 3 sessions paid in advance

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

For most insurance companies, I am considered an out-of network therapist, which means that I am not generally a preferred provider on insurance panels.  However, I have many clients who get reimbursed by their insurance company for a portion or all of the payments made for counseling.  The benefit of using an out-of-network therapist is that you have more control over your counseling needs and limited information needs to be given to your insurance company about the treament and services you desire.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
