 I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Buckley, Washington, and I primarily work with individuals and families who live in both King County and Pierce County. Although I work with a variety of concerns, I specialize in working with the unique circumstances facing individuals and families in law enforcement. I have specific experience and training with issues surrounding marital distress, family and relational conflict, anger management, parenting, social skills development and healthy decision making for children and teens. I especially enjoy helping couples and families relieve stress and conflict in the home.
I believe that the a few keys to happiness are to have supportive and loving relationships and a belief in ourselves to achieve our goals and dreams. I would love to take the first steps with you on your journey to achieve your dreams and find solutions to your current difficulties. I enjoy helping children, teens, parents, and families generate hopefulness and belief in their own strength and resiliency. As a wife and mother, I know that life can feel like a whirlwind at times.
